To those of you who have asked about credit cards and if you can pay your invoice with your card, you finally can! We began to see an increase of requests to use credit cards this past year and we are excited to announce that we are now able to accept credit cards for payment.

We are accepting Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. If you wish to use a card to pay your invoice, a 3 percent (3%) convenience fee will be added to the transaction.

If you are one reading this and breathing a sigh of relief, we have two options when paying with a credit card:

1.         Automatic charges – if you would like to set your account up to automatically charge your card every month, we can do that. Please fill out a Repeating Credit Card Charge Authorization Form and send it back to me by mail or email. Your information will remain confidential. Each month you receive your invoice, it will include the date that we will charge your card. You can cancel this at any time

2.       One time charge – if you would like to pay an individual invoice with your card, you can fill out a One Time Credit card Charge Authorization Form and get it back to me, or simply call me with your card information, or you can always email me with the information. If you call me and I am unable to answer, please leave a voicemail and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
