To blend fresh air and outdoor living with indoor amenities, Grimm designed this outdoor living. The “room” features energy-saving LED lighting, television, bar and fireplace. Grimm designed, wired and constructed this project in 2016 for our client in Avon, Ohio.

This 2019 project at a Brunswick Hills home includes a pool, kitchen, fireplace, shuffleboard court and two pavilions. Grimm created a 12-ft wall as a transition space to the pergola, which was built with the same stone as the house. It’s a lovely extension to a beautiful home.

A professional who loves cooking and entertaining in his Green, Ohio home hired Grimm to create a space for dinner parties. To match the customers’ existing Tuscan indoor kitchen, Grimm designed this matching outdoor kitchen/pizza oven and grilling island. Built in 2011.

Completed in 2016, this natural bluestone patio from a larger Italian terrace project features seating for twelve in an indoor/outdoor dining area.

Here’s another angle of Grimm’s two-pool resort style design featuring the adult pool and pool house, stone walls, plantings and other amenities to help our customer provide the ultimate in entertaining guests at home for business and pleasure.

This client in North Royalton, Ohio desired a home extension with a new dining room and outdoor living room. For the external space, Grimm designed the fireplace along with a sound system and space area heaters to maximize its usage throughout the year. Built in 2019.

Grimm fulfilled our customer’s dream for a back yard several different areas for relaxation and activities – including a fire pit and grill. The multiple levels are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also allowed Grimm to install a more effective drainage system for the property.

The contemporary design for this home in Bath, Ohio focused on providing a beautiful outdoor aesthetic that could be easily viewed from inside the home. The shape of the water feature reflects the windows and shapes on the house. For this design, Grimm won the 2011 Ohio Landscape Association Award for Best Residential Yard.

Our client in Brunswick, Ohio asked Grimm to come up with a design that improves the home’s curb appeal. Our brick walkway, lighting and landscaping home hit the mark, even being featured in a Cleveland magazine article on curb appeal.

This 2016 project is one of Grimm’s favorite projects. It shows how creative and still fulfill very specific requirements from the customers – which included the need to fit a grassy play area near the pool, separated by a stylish fence to keep small kids safe. The pool house matches the Cape Cod feel of the home, which was inspired by a B&B in Maine. Built in Hinckley, Ohio.

This swimming pool features a swim-up poolside bar and two pavilion areas, one of which features an inviting barbecue and social space. Designed and created in 2018.

Grimm loves to reimagine space to help you live the lifestyle you want. This customer wanted a welcome, open space for large scale entertaining. Grimm designed this upper terrace to their backyard grotto.

In 2017 Grimm was called in by a Richfield, Ohio customer to redirect a design project that wasn’t fulfilling her vision. Grimm redesigned the project and created the circular drive and seating wall to that customer’s 100% satisfaction.
