A Piece of New England in the Midwest (Hinkley, OH)

This Hinckley, Ohio project is one of Grimm’s favorites. It shows how creative a design can be and still fulfill very specific requirements from the customers – including the need to fit a grassy play area near the pool, separated by a stylish fence to keep small kids safe. The pool house matches the Cape Cod feel of the home, which was inspired by a B&B in Maine.
