Lisa Albert is our dedicated Administrative Assistant with a knack for seamless organization and flawless execution. With a strong background in managing a variety of administrative tasks and coordinating complex projects, she excels at keeping everything running smoothly, so you can focus on what truly matters.
Over the years, Lisa has honed her skills in a range of administrative functions, from scheduling and correspondence to budget management and strategic planning. She thrives in fast-paced environments, and her meticulous attention to detail ensures that no task is too small and no challenge too great.
In addition to her administrative expertise, she is also an experienced party planner. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a large-scale event, she takes pride in creating memorable experiences and executing events with precision. Mike Jones is a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager whose career trajectory reflects a remarkable journey from crew member to leadership. Beginning his career with hands-on tasks such as weed eating, Mike’s commitment and work ethic propelled him through the ranks to his current role in management.
In his position, Mike leverages his extensive field experience to streamline operations, enhance team performance, and drive overall efficiency. His unique perspective, gained from years of on-the-ground work, allows him to lead with both empathy and strategic insight, ensuring that his team excels and meets organizational goals.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time outdoors by a nice fire, finding relaxation and inspiration in nature. This appreciation for the outdoors reflects his balanced approach to both his professional and personal life.
Jacob Wyler serves as the Design/Build Operations Manager at Brothers Grimm Landscape, bringing over 15 years of experience in the industry and five years with the company. He graduated from The Ohio State University ATI with an associate’s degree in Landscape Contracting and Construction, equipping him with the skills necessary to lead successful projects and ensure client satisfaction.
Jacob is dedicated to optimizing landscape operations and fostering a collaborative team environment. His passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces shines through in every project he oversees.
In his free time, Jacob enjoys spending quality moments with his family and working on his model railroad, where he channels his creativity and attention to detail.
Michael Satina is a versatile Landscape Designer with a dynamic background in graphic design, product development, and project management. His unique skill set allows him to approach landscape design with a holistic perspective, integrating creative and strategic elements to craft exceptional outdoor spaces.
With experience spanning over decades, Michael has had the opportunity to blend his expertise in landscape design with graphic design and product development, creating cohesive and impactful projects.
In his role as a Landscape Designer, he focuses on a unique perspective, bringing a keen eye for detail and a passion for transforming outdoor environments. His graphic design background enables him to create compelling visual concepts and branding elements that enhance the overall project experience.
His experience in product development and project management further complements his design work. Michael has successfully managed large-scale landscape renovations, to small backyard refreshes, ensuring that each project is executed efficiently and meets the highest standards of quality. His project management skills allow him to coordinate with teams, manage timelines, and deliver results that align with client goals and expectations.
Outside of work, Michael is enthusiastic about reading, outdoor adventures and home projects, as well as spending time with his family, which inspire and inform his creative process. He believes in the power of design to elevate both personal spaces and public environments, and is committed to making a positive impact through his work.
Chris Meltzer is an award winning landscape designer earning over 87 awards on various platforms, including American Society of Landscape Architecture, Ohio Landscape Association, Home & Garden Show and Unilock, the leading brand of manufactured hardscaping materials. He has been in the green industry for over 30 years. Chris was on the Board of Directors for the Ohio Landscape Association. He has knowledge and experience in various styles of landscape and hardscape design and construction.
Chris graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture and earned his Master’s Degree of Landscape Architecture from North Carolina State University. His attention to detail, precise and inspired drawing and design skills have earned Chris a superior reputation in the landscape industry.
As a co-owner of Brothers Grimm, Bobbi Grimm has been an integral part of the company’s journey since its inception. With a deep-seated passion for numbers and a genuine care for people, she brings a unique balance to her role as Chief Financial Officer.
Bobbi’s journey with Brothers Grimm has been marked by her growth and adaptability. Over the years, she has become skilled at key aspects of bookkeeping, accounting, and human resources, contributing to the company’s financial stability and organizational health. Her expertise in these areas ensures that Brothers Grimm operates efficiently and continues to thrive.
Bobbi holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Biology from the University of Akron, a testament to her strong analytical skills and commitment to learning. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys a vibrant family life with her husband Jacob, their two daughters, and their two dachshunds. Together, they enjoy traveling and are actively involved in supporting local and school programs.

He is a passionate advocate for professionalism and labor rights, having met with congressmen in Washington, D.C. to champion the betterment of the industry. His influence is also evident through his service on the boards of the Home Builders Association (HBA) and the Ohio Landscape Association (OLA), where he has contributed to the advancement of the industry.
In addition to his advocacy work, Jacob has served as an academic advisor to the PLCC Landscape Program, guiding the next generation of landscape professionals. A pioneer in integrating swimming pools into outdoor living concepts, he continues to push the boundaries of landscape design.
